A daylong somatic, clinical hypnotherapy, and expressive arts journey to connect to parts of yourself that may need care, healing and nurturing. These parts of you will be guided out of the shadows and your inner family system will be resourced toward a more integrated, fully expressed self.
There will be solo and group reflection time as healing happens individually and in relationship to beloved community. We will also provide herbal guidance to support participants post retreat as your wounded and untended parts practice dancing and playing once again.
Integrative retreats offering somatic (body-based), trauma-informed tools and practices (including EFT tapping, guided visualizations, breathwork, expressive arts, and somatic release) to resource and nurture your whole being. Our retreats are currently offered for women-identified and gender queer folks.
May 18th | 10a-5pm
In person in the East Bay, a transformative daylong to tend to your wounded parts and re-member your wholeness.
In this retreat, you will be guided through trauma-informed, mindfulness-based:
Pam Lozoff , Renata Moreira, & Danielle Schell
We are three trauma-informed practitioners with backgrounds in mental health, birthwork, clinical hypnotherapy, herbal medicine, mindfulness & Buddhism. We are women and queer identified.
We are a grassroots project offering daylong and weekend-long retreat experiences designed to hold space for and tend to the people who caregive and tend to our communities. We offer sliding scale and scholarships on a need-basis with priority given to QTBIPOC folks. We appreciate your consideration around the integrity of the community that will be participating in the retreats and request that you attend the full retreat. This is a labor of love for all women and femme + folks identified.
